We appreciate your interest in Georgia's Clean Air Force - committed to helping the region work toward better air quality
Welcome Motorists and Vehicle Owners
Georgia's Clean Air Force (GCAF) is the state's Vehicle Emissions Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Program. Through your participation, there have been significant improvements to Georgia's air quality since the program began in 1996.
More than 4.5 million polluting vehicles have been identified and repaired. But there's more to be done. GCAF remains committed to helping the region work toward better air quality.
Before You Test
Georgia's Clean Air Force (GCAF) recommends testing your vehicle four to six weeks prior to the registration renewal date. Here’s how to prepare.
After You Test
Get help understanding your repair and re-test options, how to find a reputable repair facility, and much more on how to get your vehicle back on the road.
